This was a massive pain in the arse to do, just a ton of work through ancient (15+ years ago) code that's as hellish as Dark Souls' blighttown level! For years I'd tried to make it happen and always abandoned it, but this week I set my mind to it, and here it is - for all those long suffering fans of Tavern Quests, you can now load / create human players in slots 1-4 and (as long as you've ticked "SAVE CHAR" on that screen) at the end of the game, those who can level up, will.
